By accessing or using AI Signature Generator (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Signature Generator provides digital signature creation tools including font-based styles, AI-generated signatures, freehand drawing, animated SVG signatures, background removal, and email signature generation. Some features are free; others require credits.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts used to abuse free credits will be banned.

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are purchased through LemonSqueezy and are non-refundable once used.
  • Credits do not expire and are not transferable between accounts.
  • If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to deduct the associated credits.
  • Refund requests for unused credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate signatures or content that impersonates another person or entity
  • Create fraudulent, forged, or legally deceptive documents
  • Attempt to bypass credit systems, scrape the platform, or reverse-engineer our AI models
  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights
  • Use automated scripts or bots to generate signatures at scale without prior consent

6. Intellectual Property

Signatures you create using the Service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. The underlying software, AI models, fonts, and platform design remain the property of AI Signature Generator.

By generating content with our AI tools, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content in our public gallery (only if you have not set it as private).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated signatures will meet your specific requirements or be legally valid in any jurisdiction. Always consult legal counsel for documents requiring legally binding signatures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Signature Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
